The Sprout Queen grows multiple crops each week of:
  • Buckwheat greens (aka Buckwheat lettuce)*
  • Pea Greens (aka Pea Shoots)*
  • Sunflower Greens *
  • Wheatgrass *
  • Common sprouts such as Alfalfa, Broccoli, Radish, and Red Clover
  • Uncommon sprouts such as Fennel, Purple Kohlrabi, and Onion
* These are tray grown in soil therefore are classified as greens.  Many call the pea greens and sunflower greens pea or sunflower sprouts.

We also have a variety of gourmet and asian mustard greens, arugula, and seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the year.
